We have been a family owned and operated business since 1997.

In 1997 Logan and Melanie decided to transfer their business from Virginia to beautiful North Carolina.  Scouting all areas they decided to plant their roots in the Indian Trail - Monroe area.

Since 1997, America First Heating & Cooling, under the guidance of Logan and Melanie has grown into a full service, fully licensed, accredited and bonded heating and air conditioning contractor that is proud to serve all of your heating and air needs.

At America 1st Heating and Cooling, we believe that consumers deserve better than what they have become accustomed to receiving from service providers.  The world has changed dramatically in the last 20 years and most homeowners do not receive  the same level of service once enjoyed by their parents.
