Frequently asked questions regarding new system and quotes.

 

What kind of system is best for my home?

The technician that comes out to your home will check your current system and give you the best options that will fit your needs.

Is there a cost for the technician to come out and give me a quote?

No, our quotes are no cost.

How long will it take to receive my system quote?

Depending on the time the technician visits your home, we can usually give you a quote the same day.  Should you have a more in depth install (needing new ductwork or load calculations) it could take longer.  

Once I make the decision to get a new system, how long until the work can be scheduled?

Typically, the work can be done the next day.  If it is a smaller installation (just a condensing unit), it can many times be done the same day.

How long will it take to install my new system?

Again this depends on the type of system and the amount of work involved, but most systems can be installed in one day.  Sometimes it may run into two days.  The technician will tell you how long he expects it to take when he gives you the quote.  When several systems are being installed in a home it can take 2-3 days.

Will you service the equipment after it has been installed?

Yes.  You will receive a 1 year labor warranty for the install and a 1 year preventive maintenance agreement.

How may I pay for the unit?

We accept all types of payment.  Cash, Check and Credit Card, & PayPal.
