We have been a family owned and operated business since 1995.
In 1997 Logan and Melanie decided to transfer their business from Virginia to beautiful North Carolina. Scouting all areas they decided to plant their roots in the Indian Trail - Monroe area.
Since 1997, America First Heating, under the guidance of Logan and Melanie has grown into a full service, fully licensed, accredited, and bonded heating and air conditioning contractor that is proud to serve all of your Residential and Commercial Heating and Air needs.
In January 2012, Logan decided to follow another avenue at which time, Melanie bought out his portion of the business, and is now sole owner.
At America First Heating & Cooling, we believe that consumers deserve better than what they have become accustomed to receiving from other service providers. The world has changed dramatically in the last 20 years and most homeowners do not receive the same level of personal service once enjoyed by their parents.
Greed, profit mondering and "A Quick Buck" have taken the place of honesty, loyalty, and quality. It is our mission to restore these things once more. To this end, we will always strive to give our customers the very best service we can offer which is why we have ongoing training for all employees.
We will give honest opinions based on the needs of the customer and while we are a for profit company, it is not necessary to make all the profit from one customer.
A note to you the customer:
For so many years, our heating and air conditioning systems have been a mystery. We didn't know much about them and what the experts do know they kept quiet so the customer would stay in the dark.
I feel that the more informed the customer is, the better decision can be made by you the customer and our technicians to giving you the best possible comfort in your home. Our home is our sanctuary. It is where we raise our families. We play with our children. The place we spend time as a family. Our home should be a place of comfort and safety. As my moma says "Our little oasis".
For this reason we have put as much information on our website that we can to inform you. But as always, if you have a question or concern, I ask that you call us. We are regular people and here to help you. Do not think you will bother us. That is why we are here. And you never know, I may be the one that answers the phone. I will answer questions the best I can, and if I can't, I will get you the answer.
